Our standard before an engagement begins.
- Begin with your question. Use the Contact or Support page to explain the need in a short, non-sensitive email. Public Bozu chat does not send your message to staff.
- Clarify the proposed work. Before a paid engagement is agreed, we will explain its purpose, intended participant, professional roles, format, duration, deliverables, fees and applicable cancellation or refund terms.
- Agree participation and information handling. Service-specific consent and privacy arrangements are addressed before private assessment, counselling or child-related records are collected. The public website is not the place to submit those records.
- Interpret with context. Discussion, observation and lived experience are considered alongside any working profile. Questions and corrections are part of the conversation.
- Keep the next step clear. Review arrangements and follow-up responsibilities form part of the agreed programme scope. Outcomes vary; we do not promise a predetermined personal result.

Curated answers and links run in the browser. This widget does not provide individualized counselling, book a session or transmit enquiries.

An email link opens your email application. You review and send the message yourself. The team can then discuss the relevant service and next steps.

Established fingerprint biology and our proprietary processing-profile interpretations are distinct claims. Adjacent research is not direct validation of an individual prediction.
CARE and service records
The public website notice is separate from CARE app accounts and professional service records. The existing CARE policy and account-deletion pages remain available at their published addresses.
